The proposed works are within the curtilage of lismore castle, a protected structure reg 139, niah reg 22809079 and national monument reg wa021-019001. The proposed works are also within the historic walled garden, niah reg. 22809071 and national monument reg wa021-019018. The proposed works consist the construction of 4 bays, in order to reinstate 4 missing bays to the historic vinery. The reinstated bays will be timber matching the design and detail of the existing 8 historic bays, on the existing historic plinth wall and against the existing historic main lean-to wall. These proposed works will reinstate the vinery structure to its original form of 12 bays
