  • 1. Alterations to external elevations to include reduction in overall height and minor alterations to footprint of nursing home building together with proposed signage to elevations. Pl. Permission is also sought for single storey smoking room at ground floor level to rear of property and a smoking room at first floor level with a central courtyard area
  • Alterations to permitted single storey chapel to the rear of the nursing home to include revisions to external elevations, 2 number rooflights, reduction in the height of the roof and a moderate increase in the size of the chapel to accommodate 72 people in total 60 seating and 12 in wheelchairs, and the provision of a separate day room
