The construction of 16no. Single and twin bay warehouses for the maturation of whiskey, 2 no. Storage warehouses (1 single and 1 twin bay) with a total gfa of c. 26,148sqm to an overall height of 11.75 metres. The warehouse development will be single storey in nature. Permission is also sought for a two-storey ancillary office (overall height of 10.53m) and staff welfare building, comprising c. 551 sqm. The proposed development will consist of an extension of c. 6.35ha to the existing warehouse development. The proposed development will utilize three existing access points from lockheed avenue, airport business park and proposes 2 no. New associated entry/exit gates, new internal access roads and footpaths; 89 no. Additional surface car parking spaces, hard and soft landscaping, signage, cask preparation and forklift charging building (c. 25sqm); water storage tank; and all ancillary works including boundary treatments, lighting, site excavation and all ancillary site development works above and below ground.
