The construction of 97 no. Dwellings comprising of: (i) 12no. Two storey, two bedroom end-of-terrace dwellings (ii) 51no. Two storey, two bedroom mid-terrace dwellings (iii) 4no. Two storey, three bedroom semi-detached dwellings with optional attic conversions (iv) 18no. Two storey, three bedroom end-of-terrace dwellings with optional attic conversions (v) 4no.
