For the indefinite retention of an existing (18 sq. Mts. ) extension to the rear of our dwelling. In addition we intend to apply for planning permission for the construction of two no. Single storey extensions to the east and west elevations, comprising of the construction of 2 no. Bedrooms and attic storage space (west) and construction of a garage/store/gym connected to the existing house via a car port (east). As part of these works the existing effluent treatment system will be upgraded by the addition of a raised percolation bed associated with the existing treatment system, together with all associated site development works
