- To refurbish a derelict house and reuse as a two bed dwelling at castlequarter & smallquarter. Works to bring the structure back to use as a dwelling will include
- Refurbish structure, replace existing roof with similar
- Raise external walls by 600mm for internal head room and externally insulate with a breathable external insulation system
