Build 10 no. Three bedroom and four bedroom, detached, single storey houses and 21 no. Three bedroom and four bedroom, detached and semi detached, two storey houses, together with a detached, single storey community care building of 226m2, consisting of four ensuited bedrooms and one carer’s ensuited bedroom and with all it’s necessary site development works of entrance to the community care site, it’s forecourt, car parking and necessary services. A pedestrian path and cycle path is provided transversing this proposed housing estate, exiting to the n25 public road at the designated bus stop and allowing access to the existing village services from the gaa centre and from st annes court housing to the south of the proposed housing layout. Also the installation of all necessary estate site development works and services, including foul drainage to the existing nearby local authority treatment plant, storm water attenuation outfalling to existing watercourse and connection of domestic water supply from the public mains on the adjoining n25 public road.
