The proposed amendments include: (1) raised access removed & replaced level access to match existing finish ground floor level. (2) rear courtyard layout change. (3) additional timber decking to the rear of the development. (4) additional external steps to raised decking at rear of development. (5) proposed new height change to flat roof split level extension. (6) proposed pitched roof extension to match style of existing main building. (7) proposed new window and door openings. (8) internal wall layout changes. (9) level access ground floor level to march existing to north-east side extension. (10) upper ground floor level to south-west side extension. (11) proposed new disability toilet locations.
