  • Remove existing 18m2 single storey entrance porch and construct a new 24.5m2 part double height arched entrance. Remove some lower level roof sections and mansard roof and re-clad remaining visible roofs with a metal cladding with standing seam. The remaining high level inner roof areas (which are not visible), to be clad in a pvc membrane. Replace clear storey windows
  • Internally construct new flank walls at the sanctuary and extend the footprint of the sanctuary. Dryline the internal face of the external walls, adjust layout of fixtures and fittings and provide new accessible toilet
  • All associated works including landscaping and adjustment to drainage
