Complete refurbishment and extension of the existing single storey house structure to include inter alia removal of an attached single storey rear garage/storage area and utility area and the construction of a new rear single storey extension (with dormer accommodation over), together with the construction of new attic accommodations to existing house including also feature dormer window windows, pv panels and proprietary rooflights throughout, including also, altered ground floor entrances and fenestrations together with all associated services the construction of a detached single storey workshop (for domestic use only), remote to house, (to rear of adjacent field, to north-west) with all associated site works and access roadway. Alterations to location and width of existing vehicular entrance onto public road along with closing up of existing pedestrian and vehicular entrances and provision of new associated hedgerows and indigenous planting and other ancillary site works throughout to site boundaries , all surface water drainage to drain to soakaways within site and all alterations to foul drainage to allow the refurbished residence to utilize the existing septic tank on the site until such time as the foul sewer (on the r446) serving the adjacent proposed new post primary school is availavel for use and connection thereto.
