Storage containers and 2 no. External steel stairs to first floor offices, construct a detached services building consisting of a by product shed, storage area, mechanical plant room and workshop with office at ground floor level, first floor area for storage and canopy over external link to existing factory, construct a 2 storey extension to southern side of existing factory for use as staff facilities and fenestration changes to existing offices.
