Renovation upgrade re-use and extension of existing two storey kiln building to serve as the main reception building with reception area, bar/lounge, kitchen facilities and service room and kiln exhibit room and display area to ground floor and service rooms and restaurant/dining areas to first floor, renovate restore and re-use existing three storey mill building as a museum building with six internal exhibit areas over two floors including external restoration of the mill race and mill wheel, renovate up grade and re-use existing two storey millers house as a ground floor museum with three internal exhibit areas and to provide a two bedroom short term accommodation unit to existing first floor, construct an additional four number single bed two number three bed and one number two bedroom short term accommodation units and to demolish existing derelict dwelling on site, to upgrade and restore original courtyard and to upgrade existing entrance to public road to construct site carpark, walkway and play/seating facilities and to install a packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works.
