The development will consist of the change of use of existing derelict house and outbuildings to employee accommodation and construction of a proposed two storey extension to the side of an existing dwelling house and connected to the outbuildings, which are a protected structures(westmeath county development plan 2014-2020 020-015 and 020-016 and niah ref 15312016 & 15312017) the restoration and internal alterations to the existing dwelling house and outbuildings repair and replacement of existing roofs and windows to the dwelling house and outbuildings, demolition of existing ruined boiler and store. The existing dwelling house will be converted for 3 no. 2 bed units, 1 no. 1 bed. Unit and 2 no. 1 bed studio units. The existing converted outbuildings and proposed extension will be used for 2 no. Two storey 2 bed units, 8 no. 1 bed units and 3 no. 1 bed studio units. The site works will include a proposed parking area, landscaping and all associated site works and services
