To remove the existing roof structure over the single storey rear bedroom/lobby area and to construct a new first floor extension over same consisting of a master bedroom, ensuite and wardrobe. To extend the rear lobby area with a new flat roof over same and to decommission the existing septic tank and to install a new treatment plant with polishing filter with all ancillary services and site works
