The residential development will comprise of the following: 2 no. 2 storey detached apartment blocks each with two number 1 and 2 bed apartments on ground floor and two number 1 and 2 bed apartments on first floor (total number of apartments in the 2 blocks total 16 units) 5 no. 2 bed 1 storey end-terrace elderly bungalows (type a), 7 no. 2 bed 1 storey mid-terrace elderly bungalows (type b), 1 no. 2 bed 1 storey end terrace elderly bungalows (type c), 26 no. 3 bed two storey end-terrace houses (type d) 2 no. 3 bed two storey mid-terrace houses (type d) 16 no. 2 bed two storey mid-terrace houses (type e), 8 no. 3 bed two storey semi-detached houses (type f). Planning permission is also sought for all associated site works to include the following: 1 number new vehicular road access to the development with pedestrian access points to include new road markings and right turning lane off castlepollard road (r394), together with proposed boundary treatments, landscaping, public lighting, carparking, signage, esb sub station and switch room, bin storage and bicycle storage to serve development, new vehicular entrance within development to facilitate existing adjoining dwelling, associated site drainage works, wastewater connection, water supply connection and all other associated site development works.
