Permission is also sought for vehicular/pedestrian entrance, signage, new timber post-and-rail boundaries, car parking, cycle shelters, landscaping, gas skid, underground storage tank, independent esb substation & switch room building, access road and all associated site works. The development has been subject of a screening for appropriate assessment in accordance with article 6(3) of the eu habitats directive (directive 92/43/eec) and the planning and development act 2000 as amended.
