New dormer louvres to north facing roof of building. Provision of a new door on the south façade of the building, in place of an existing window ope. Provision of a new 10-bike cycle shelter. Provision of a new smoking shelter. Provision of a new external seating area. Provision of a new e-car charging point. Provision of revised external lighting layout. Revisions to existing m&e plant compound.
