Retention, completion and change of use of the following structures on site
Structure a- (existing cattle shed), retain the stone and timber cladding to the existing walls on the east, south and west elevations. Retain the north wall which was rebuilt on the existing footings. Retain the 2no. Disabled entrance halls to the east of the building. Retain the replacement slate finish roof. Permission is sought to change the use of the existing agricultural shed to a commercial restaurant, with proposed opening hours- friday 19-23 hrs, saturday 12-14, saturday 19-23, sunday 12-15.2. Structure b- retain the existing agricultural stables temporary timber frame structure (14.8sqm)
Structure c- milking parlour to the west and agricultural barn to the east of the site. Retain the plaster and mock tudor finish to the existing mass concrete walls of the existing milking parlour on all elevations (west block). Retain the demolishing of the agricultural barn and retain the new built masonry walls, with plaster and mock tudor finish on the east on the footprint of the agricultural barn (east block). Retain the new build masonry walls to the south connecting the east and west blocks, finished with plaster and mock tudor finish.
