Construction has been completed to second floor and partly to wallplate level before the expiry of the above permission, and permission is now sought to complete the works. The development will include the completion of the building as granted, with minor amendments as listed below, and the completion of the site development works, with minor amendments to the parking, bicycle and road geometry and layout to ensure building and other regulatory compliance. Minor amendments to the building, necessary to demonstrate compliance for fire safety certificate and disability access certificate include amendments to both escape stairways to meet building regulations, with consequent amendments to fenestration of external elevations, amendments to some window and patio door sizes and minor internal alterations without interference with permitted unit mix or sizes
