Development which will consist of the renovation, part demolition and extension of the derelict existing dwelling house and its derelict outbuildings which form a courtyard, to include the demolition of the existing house and two standalone outbuildings and rebuilding of original rubble stone walls of three outbuildings to form a replacement dwelling, the central, largest of which, to become two storey, and the change of use of these outbuildings from storage to dwelling house, alterations to elevations and internal layouts, re-roofing, new windows, and doors, and construction of a new extension to the west and an entrance link to the east between two existing outbuildings to be renovated.
