Manufacturing process will include importation of raw materials, by-products & recyclables, screening, milling, drying, mixing, and bagging of finished products. Storage of raw materials and finished products permission is also sought for: filter house, weighbridge, vertical storage silos, solar panels at roof level, truck and trailer parking, waste water connection to public sewer, surface water attenuation tank, rainwater harvesting systems, water main connection, diversion of existing open land drain, importation of filling to raise site levels, hard and soft landscaping, palisade fencing, new internal access road to service new development and adjoining lands, car parking spaces, signage & all associated site works. Retention permission is sought for existing entrance off moate road and permission for upgrading of this existing entrance to include new right turning lane.
