Terraced two storey houses, from the previously granted under planning permission ref. Number: 00/251 & 02/954. All houses at wall plate level permission is also sought to complete the existing houses, which will include
  • Install windows/internal and external doors
  • Plaster (internal and external)
  • Add all internal works to include 1st and 2nd fixtures of electrical, plumbing, stair’s fixture and timberworks. Permission is also sought for redesign of front elevations to consist of zinc cladding. The development will include the provision for the construction of service road, footpaths, grass margins, public lighting, open space, 2m boundary wall treatment around the site boundaries and connecting to public mains water, storm water and foul water services on site and the adjacent site boundaries and all associated site works
