Extension to the northwest & northeast elevations, which consist of a kitchen, living, dining area, a utility, hot-press and ensuite on the ground floor (112.6sqm) and two no. Ensuites and a walk-in-wardrobe on the first floor (23.6sqm). Permission is sought to demolish the existing outbuildings to the southwest and west of the site, and the front boundary wall to the southwest of the site.
