To demolish existing non-habitable dwelling and associated buildings, and the construction of the following: building ‘a’, a standalone single storey motor vehicle service and sales facility (with ancillary offices, staff and customer facilities and ancillary spaces), (c. 1,780 sq. M. ) with illuminated signage zone on north-west elevation (c. 3.75 sq. M) and an illuminated sign on the north-east elevation (c. 3.8 sq m); building ‘b’, a standalone one storey with mezzanine level motor vehicle service and sales facility (with ancillary offices, staff and customer facilities and ancillary spaces), (c. 952 sq. M. ) with illuminated signage zones on north, south and west elevations (c. 16.2 sq. M in total); building ‘c’, a standalone single storey valet and car wash building (with water recycling unit), (c. 310 sq. M. ); and building ‘d’, a standalone single storey valet and car wash building (with water recycling unit), (c. 326 sq. M. ).
