Of extension and alterations to primary care unit (previously nurse’s home) which is a protected structure (rps number: 019-224) to change use to office space for hse staff. The proposed works will consist of the removal of an existing plant room, and the construction of a new 135 sq. M. Three-storey extension on the north side to provide stairs and lift access to the existing building at first and second floor level. Additionally, there will be general refurbishment, and reconfiguration works covering the total area of 1360 sq. M. On all three levels of the main building, along with a surface level car park with 26 spaces to rear of the building on the west side, an entrance canopy and associated site works
