The construction of a new cvrt centre (commercial vehicle roadworthiness testing centre) with a total floor area of 780m2. The building will consist of 600m2 ground floor area with 2 testing lanes, reception, offices, waiting areas and toilets together with 180m2 of first floor area with additional waiting areas, toilets, offices and storage together with site landscaping, covered bicycle shelter and all associated site works including carparking with 1 no. Ev charging space, 2 no. Bus ev charging points and 1 no. Accessible ev charging space. The works will also include for alterations of existing site entrance – enlargement of existing automatic gate system, a new pedestrian gate and new 7m wide exit only gate from the site onto existing estate road. An aa screening report and nis (natura impact statement) have been submitted as part of the application
