- Car park extension to include disabled parking bays, ev charging, bicycle stands and coach parking
- Construction of a 1.8m wide community walking track with associated lighting around the perimeter of the site which will connect to the existing walking track
- Construction of a shared community tool storage shed (6m x 4m) and a community coffee hut (3m x 3m)
- All associated ancillary site works and services
