Permission and retention permission, the development will consist of permission to (a) construct a 233m2 multi-purpose community building with 1st floor area, (b) extend existing club house consisting of 2 additional dressing rooms, referee’s room, modifications & alternations to existing clubhouse, (c) install a 50m x 23m all-weather astro area with associated fencing & floodlighting (d) relocated position of existing playing pitch, (e) install floodlit walking track around the perimeter of the site, (f) install skills wall, (g) reconfigure & relocate carpark (h) decommission existing septic tank & install new wastewater treatment unit with percolation area. Retention permission is sought for (i) an extension of the site boundaries/curtilage of the existing gaa grounds to the north and north-east which is currently used as a training area. Permission is sought to use this area to facilitate the provision of a proposed new pitch with associated floodlights & ball stops & all associated site development works
