Permission is also sought to relocate the existing southwest entrance 8m southwest, car parking spaces, bicycle parking, proposed entrance off the private road, hgv set down areas, bin stores, 3 no. Fuel storage underground tanks to the southwest of the site, connection to public sewer and watermains adjacent to site and all associated site works
