- Construction of a 35 number light posts 6 meters high along all walkways including the proposed on site
- Construction of two dugouts on the southwest side of the proposed training pitch
- Construction of a proposed viewing stand located northeast on the proposed training pitch
- Construction of a proposed car park consisting of 75 no car parking spaces to be finished with tarmac finish and all associated ancillary site works at the above address
- Extension of the existing walkway to the north of the site to provide vehicular access, widened from 5m to 6.2m
