The site is bounded to the west by kilcoole road (r761) to the north by charlesland residential estate and to the south and east by the l1221 and a residential property fronting same. The development will consist of demolition of an existing agricultural building (c. 834sqm) and construction of a residential scheme of 192 houses (1-3 storeys) comprising 9 no. 2-bed, 73 no. 3-bed and 110 no. 4-bed houses ranging in size from c. 80sqm - c. 167sqm.
