The development (located in an architectural conservation area) shall consist of the demolition of the esisting single storey dance studio/office building (c. 173.9sqm) & the demolition of 2-storey building (c. 915sqm) to the rear of the wicklow arms public house (a protected structure), (the demolition works do not relate to any aspect of the protected structure); & the construction of a village centre development (overall gfa c. 2,892.7sqm) comprising 22 residential units (12 no. House units & 10 no. Apartment units); & retail, office, & restaurant development. The residential component of the scheme (c. 2,091.4sqm) shall comprise 12x3 bedroom house units (c. 103.3sqm
