Amendments to a mixed use residential development permitted under reg ref 15/114 (abp ref pl27.245501) to consist of the removal of the 4 storey former main la touche hotel building in entirety (total area c 1554 sqm) and its replacement with a replica building with generally identical facades to accommodate 10 no apartments (4 no 2 bed apartments and 6 no 3 bed apartments) in lieu of the permitted development which provided for 5 no 4 bed four storey town houses within the retained shell of the building. The proposed new building will replicate all existing features including the height of four storeys and building footprint, in addition to new and replacement balconies / terraces on the east and west elevations and ancillary works. The proposed development will also provide for the change of use of the permitted commercial development of the existing buildings at 'an tigin' and 'eureka' on marine terrace from the permitted retail / commercial use to provide for a restaurant use (total floor space c105 sqm). The proposed development will include the provision of 16 no car parking spaces, landscaping, and all site layout amendment works and site works and services
