The heights of the units range from 2 to 3 stories (inclusive of interanal mezzanine floors) with a maximum height of 17.5m. The units will accomodate a range of employment/enterprise/business activities including office, warehouse, light manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse distribution, science & technology, medical services & a creche. A total of 650 car parking spaces are to be provided.
