Extensions and renovations. Works will consist of the following: modifications to the front elevation including replacement of existing windows with new triple glazed units (fenestration to match existing style), solar panels on roof and a new side door to be accessed via the existing side passage, the existing garage will be partially converted to provide additional accommodation, to the rear of the garage single storey pitched roof extension of approximately 20 sqm will be added, on the west side at the rear a new flat roof extension will be added of approximately 6 sqm in conjunction with new glazing to rear wall of house, new rooflights will be inserted in the existing garage roof and in the rear face of existing main roof, windows throughout are to be replaced and new external insulation with render finish will be added to north, east and west walls, finish colour to eagle valley specifications, other associated internal modifications will be carried out
