The proposed works will comprise of the demolition of the existing attached single storey lean-to garden shed and utility area to the rear (west) elevation & the construction of a new single storey dining, utility, bedroom & bathroom extension in lieu, together with the demolition of the existing front entrance porch to the front (east) elevation including alterations to the existing window & door openings to all elevations.
