All associated site and infrastructural works include provision for water services; foul and surface water drainage and connections; attenuation proposals; permeable paving; bin store areas; all hard and soft landscaping works; boundary treatments; internal roads and footpaths, road markings and tactile paving; public lighting; electrical services; and all associated site clearance, excavation, landscape and development works. A natura impact statement (nis) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development and will be submitted to the planning authority with this planning application
