The development will consist/consists of: (1) demolition of an existing dwelling & associated structures; (2) the construction of 20 no. 2 & 3 storey houses (comprising 5 x type a, 8 x type b, & 7 x type c); (3) new road entrance, internal access road, footpaths; & car parking (1 per house type a, 2 per types b & c, & 2 visitor spaces); (4) provision of landscaping, private open spaces, public open space, communal open spaces & boundary treatment works; (5) all water, drainage & service works & connections, incl. New wastewater pumping station, detention basin & swale; (6) in curtilage bike & bin storage; (7) alterations to uisce eireann laneway incl.
