The development will consist/consists of: (1) demolition of an existing dwelling & associated structures; (2) the construction of 20 no. 2 & 3 storey houses (comprising 5 x type a, 8 x type b, & 7 x type c); (3) new road entrance, internal access road, footpaths; & car parking (1 per house type a, 2 per types b & c, & 2 visitor spaces); (4) provision of landscaping, private open spaces, public open space, communal open spaces & boundary treatment works; (5) all water, drainage & service works & connections, incl. New wastewater pumping station, detention basin & swale; (6) in curtilage bike & bin storage; (7) alterations to uisce eireann laneway incl. Amended right of way; (8) all associated construction phase & facilitating works. A natura impact statement accompanies the planning application. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority, civic offices, athy road, carlow, during its public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee, €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application.
