Houses consisting of: 19 no. 2-storey houses, comprising 17 no. 3-bedroom semi-detached and 2 no. Mid-terrace 2-bedroom units and 4 no. 2 and a half storey, semi-detached 4-bedroom houses; ii. 28 no. Apartment units in 1 no. 4-storey and 3 no. 3-storey buildings comprising 4 no. 1-bedroom apartment units, 21 no. 2-bedroom apartment units and 3 no. 3-bedroom apartment units, all with private amenity space/balcony; iii. Provision of c. 2,766 sq. M of public open space, hard and soft landscaping (including public lighting & boundary treatment) and c. 427 sq. M of communal open space; iv. Vehicular access will be provided from the existing site entrance on the ratoath road (r125) to the south of the site and provision of a pedestrian access and footpath from the dublin road (r135) to the north of the site to tie in with existing footpath; v.
