- The proposed development will entail the following a) installation of zebra crossing including belisha beacons and all associated works on the northern entry arm ( r871 clon road ) onto the station road roundabout b) installation of zebra crossing including belisha beacons and all associated works with refuge island on the eastern entry arm (r469 quin road ) onto the station road roundabout, c) installation of road markings and d) installation of kerbing to accommodate central refuge. In accordance with the habitats directive, appropriate assessment screening has been carried out on this project
