All works have been constructed within the footprint of the permitted building works. Amendments/alterations include the following: (a) modification to elevations to include reduction in window openings sizes, addition of new windows, addition of new exit doors, removal of stone cladding and change from zinc fascia to aluminium profiled fascia; (b) partial demolition of existing function room and kitchen area and construction of new building within the same footprint to meet fire safety requirements under fa2017/038.
