For the following works at ennis road care facility, meelick, co. Clare: minor amendments to permitted planning permission p15-164 with no increase in floor area. All works have been constructed within the footprint of the permitted building works. Amendments/alterations include the following: (a) modification to elevations to include reduction in window openings sizes, addition of new windows, addition of new exit doors, removal of stone cladding and change from zinc fascia to aluminium profiled fascia; (b) partial demolition of existing function room and kitchen area and construction of new building within the same footprint to meet fire safety requirements under fa2017/038. Works also include the remodelling of elevations and internal floor layout to include kitchen, launderette, treatment rooms, offices, activity room, dining area, dayroom, internal courtyard and plant room; (c)changes to roof styles to replace the original flat roof areas over function rooms, kitchen area and day room; (d) ancillary site works associated with the development
