Circular road is to the east of the application site and church hill to the south of the application site. Permission is sought to amend the opening hours of the aldi store permitted under clare county council planning register reference p15-20 ( an bord pleanála ref. Pl03.245262). Specifically condition 14 of the an bord pleanála order set opening hours of 10:00 hours to 19:00 hours on sundays and public/bank holidays.
