The proposed development will include: (i) the change of use of the existing ground floor retail unit to office accommodation; (ii) carrying out of alterations and additions to the existing building, amend the internal layout throughout the building, and to construct a new 2 storey entrance lift well to rear of building to provide additional access to the first floor office unit/family resource centre; (iii) alterations to the existing onsite car park; (iv)install associated signage, (v) 2 no.
