  • Change of use and sub-division of an existing industrial unit ( carpentry workshop and showrooms ) into separate units as follows: a) civil defence headquarters, fleet storage depot, training room and ancillary office accommodation, (b) incubation / enterprise space. (c) records management centre and associated storage
  • Erect a 10 metre high ultra high frequency radio antenna for civil defence communications
  • Carry out alterations to existing elevations, to include new windows, canopies and door openings and install associated signage
  • Connect to existing onsite services ( a number of separate connections for water, wastewater and electricity )
  • Construct new boundary wall
