For the following development; a) construction of 2 no. Three-bed, two-storey semi-detached houses on lands adjacent to no. 7 st. Michael's place; b) 4 no. Car parking spaces associated with the proposed houses ; c) hard and soft landscaping areas; d) access area for irish water facilities; e) relocation of existing esb services; f) construction of new boundary walls and fences enclosing the proposed houses; g) connections to the public sewer and public water main; h) all associated siteworks. In accordance the habitats directive, appropriate assessment screening has been carried out on the project. An environmental impact assessment (eia) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development
