For the installation of an aqua park that will operate seasonally from may 1st to september 30th inclusive (previously permitted under planning reference p21/1244); the aqua park will consist of an inflatable floating obstacle course, floating access pontoon. 20ft container for check-in and 40ft container for changing facilities, including all associated site works. A natura impact statement (nis) has been prepared and will be submitted to the authority with this application
