  • To carry out the following development: for the redevelopment and change uses of a former the mars cinema and dance hall and adjacent house. The proposed development will include
  • Change of use of an existing residential terraced house to commercial and multi-use amenity
  • Enhance and change the entire site to a multi-use facility that will include community, amenity, sports, educational, commercial offices, heritage and exhibition uses
  • Erect a canopy to the existing art deco entrance along with building signage
