The construction of a residential development of 153 no. Dwellings, a crèche and all ancillary site works. The proposed development will include 37 no. Apartments to be provided in 6 no. 3 –storey apartment blocks and 8 no. 2-storey apartment blocks. The proposed development also makes provision for 66 no. 2-storey terraced houses, 9 no. 1-storey terraced houses, 31 no. 2-storey semi-detached houses, 4 no. 1-storey semi-detached houses, 5 no. 2-storey detached houses and 1 no. 1-storey detached house. The development will also include a 1-storey crèche with ancillary outdoor play area.
