The proposed development includes for the construction of three no. Buildings. Building 1 will provide for a two storey retail showroom use, ancillary retail warehousing for bulky goods and an ancillary restaurant / café; building 2 will provide for a single storey retail warehouse comprising 3 no. Units and building 3 will provide for medical services including a primary care centre of 4 floors over ground floor including a pharmacy and associated retail use / café. The overall proposed development is 15709 sqm on a site of 2.181 hectares. The proposed development also includes for the creation of a new site entrance from the kinsale road, service access at tramore road, a substation, waste storage, car parking, set-down areas, landscaping, totem sign, signage and all associated ancillary site works.
