Permission for the construction of 31 no. Dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works, including a noise attenuation screen at heathfield, carriganarra, carrigrohane, ballincollig, cork. The proposed development consists of the construction of 1 no. 4 bedroom detached dwelling house, 18 no. 4 bedroom semi detached dwelling houses, 6 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 4 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 4 no. 3 bedroom townhouses and 2 no. 2 bedroom townhouses. The proposed development is a change of plan from that originally permitted under cork county council planning reference 17/4270 (subsequently amended under cork county council planning reference 18/7345). The proposed development will be an extension to the residential development known as heathfield which is under construction with access provided via the existing junction from the killumney road and internal road network which was permitted by cork county council planning references 15/6813 and 17/4270.
